Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies

A reverse chocolate chip cookie has white chocolate chips with a chocolate batter. They are divine! Since we had a long three day weekend of home remodeling, I decided we needed a sweet and easy treat. Luckily I had all the necessary ingredients for the Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies. Although apprehensive, the Asian Tomato Gardein Beefless dish (which I adapted from a Campbell’s soup recipe found here) turned out much better than expected. Sometimes I am on a home run streak. Sometimes all I do is strike out. This past week has been full of strike outs! Nothing I have made has been very good (with the exception of the Blonde Brownies).
