
Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies

Who can resist chocolate and pumpkin! Use a brownie mix to cut down on prep time.

Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (and its required ingredients)
- 8 ounces Nuefchatel cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Prepare brownie mix per box directions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spary an 11 x 7 or 8×8 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Mix together Neufchatel cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, flour, pumpkin and spices to the mix.
- Pour 2/3 of the brownie mix into the dish. Drop spoonfuls of the pumpking mix on top and gently spread evenly over the dish.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl back and forth over the pumpkin mix to create a swirl pattern.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
