
Chick-ett Noodle Casserole

Creamy noodle casserole is made healthy with low fat ingredients and whole wheat pasta. But be sure to rinse the noodles thoroughly after boiling or you might end up with a dry casserole!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - Light
- 1 package Chick-etts, chopped
- 10.75 ounces 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces canned mushrooms
- 6 ounces Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Egg Noodles
- 3 tablespoons low fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 4 tablespoons Cornflake Crumbs
- 4 ounces 2% milk, reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- To taste onion powder
- To taste salt
- To taste ground pepper
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package.
- Mix together all ingredients in a 9x13 dish, except cornflake crumbs.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Cornflake Crumbs, return to oven uncovered and bake an additional 10 minutes.
