
"Meaty" Vegetarian Manicotti

With a filling of vegetarian ground beef crumbles and cheese, you'll quickly fill up on this vegetarian pasta dish.

Ingredients
- 10 manicotti shells
- 1 package Morningstar Farms Grillers Recipe Crumbles
- 16 ounces part skim ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 slices provolone cheese, torn into small pieces
- 2 slices swiss cheese, torn into smaller pieces
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Directions
- Prepare 10 shells per package directions, drain well.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together all ingredients except pasta sauce and manicotti shells. Carefully stuff the shells with the mixture.
- Pour 1 cup of the pasta sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish.
- Pour the remaining pasta sauce on the shells. Make sure to cover all exposed noodles so that the noodles to become too hard during baking.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
