
Potato Chick-ett Casserole

A creamy, cheesy vegetarian chicken casserole. You can add any vegetables you want for a different flavor.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces 2% milk reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package Simply Shreds shredded potatoes
- 1.3 ounces french fried onions
- 1 package Worthington Chick-ett
- 10.75 ounces 98% fat free cream of celery soup
- 10.75 ounces 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- Cornflake crumbs (optional topping)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a 9x13 inch casserole dish, mix all ingredients together.
- Heat for 15 minutes uncovered in the oven.
- Cover and continue to bake for 45 minutes.
- Optional - spread a layer of Cornflake crumbs over the casserole and continued baking uncovered for 5 - 10 minutes.
