
Tater Tot Taco Casserole

Cheesy, taco-y goodness baked with a top layer of tater tots. Can be served with sour cream for extra creaminess.

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 packages Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Recipe Grillers Crumbles
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1.25 ounces packet, taco seasoning (could use just 1/2 of the packet)
- 1 can condensed cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 can small, enchilada sauce
- 1 cup 2% reduced fat milk shredded cheddar cheese
- 56 tater tots
- To taste onion powder
- low fat sour cream, optional
Directions
- Take tater tots out of the freezer to thaw slightly and preheat oven to 400 degress. In a large casserole dish, mix together Crumbles, soup, corn, seasoning, and onion powder.
- Pour enchilada sauce on top.
- Layer with cheese.
- Layer tots to cover entire top of casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, for at least 30 minutes or until tots are well cooked and golden.
- Top each serving with sour cream, if desired.
