
Barbeque Ranch Dip

Use low fat ingredients, to keep the calories down on this delicious dip. For dipping you can use tortilla chips, crackers, or pita bread triangles for different flavors.

Ingredients
- 7 slices vegetarian bacon
- 8 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese
- 8 ounces low fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1.5 cups 2% milk reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 ounce low sodium ranch dressin/dip packet
Directions
- Whip together cream cheese, sour cream and ranch mix
- Spread mixture evenly on the bottom of a small casserole dish.
- Layer the barbeque sauce, cheese, tomato, red pepper then faux bacon.
- Chill for at least an hour.
