
Chili and Bean Quesadillas

Canned chili and refried beans pair up with a standard quesadilla recipe and dipped in ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 can vegetarian chili
- 1 can fat free refried beans
- shredded cheddar cheese
- flour tortillas
- ranch dressing
Directions
- Butter one side of each of your tortillas.
- Mix together chili and beans, heat in microwave until warmed.
- In a skillet over medium heat, place tortilla (butter side down), spread a layer of the chili mixture and top with a layer of cheese. Place another tortilla (butter side up) on top.
- Cook each side of the tortilla until golden brown.
- Dip or top with ranch dressing, sour cream, or salsa.
