
Curry Chick-ett Salad

The right ratios of spices can turn a bland vegetarian chicken salad into an Indian inspired delight. This salad can be served with Naan for a more authentic experience.

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 package Worthington Chick-ett, diced
- 1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 small package slivered almonds
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- To taste salt
- To taste pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Allow to chill at least one hour before serving.
- Serve as a sandwich, with crackers, or naan.
