
Easy Vegetarian Chicken and Dumplings

Don't be afraid! The dumplings in this recipe couldn't be easier. This vegetarian version of chicken and dumplings is hearty, yummy and perfect on a winter's day.

Ingredients
- 1 package WorthingtonChickett
- 10.75 ounces 98% fat free cream of celery soup
- 10.75 ounces 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 1-2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup water or vegetable broth
- 12 ounces refrigerated biscuit dough, uncooked
- To taste salt
- To taste pepper
Directions
- Heat Chickett in broth or water.
- Add soups, veggies, and seasonings over medium heat.
- Cut dough into small pieces, add to pot.
- Heat for 10 minutes or until dough is cooked.
