
Mediterranean Pasta Salad

The popular flavors of Greece in a pasta salad!
Details
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Greek vinaigrette dressing
- 1 box whole wheat macaroni
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, siced
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 small can, chopped olives
- 14.5 ounces garbanzo beans
- 1/2 bag fresh spinach leaves, torn into smaller pieces
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Use enough dressing to moisten well, but leave enough to add later after chilling as some of the liquid will have absorbed into the pasta and it may be too dry.
- Chill for at least 2 hours and add additional dressing, necessary.
