Similar to Caprese with the addition of avocado, the salad is the perfect accompaniment to a summer meal.

Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 Hass avocado, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 6 slices fresh mozzarella cubed or 1 cup fresh mozzarella
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- 1 leaf fresh basil, sliced
- To taste ground pepper
Directions
- Combine avocado, tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil.
- Toss with equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar per your preference.
- Top with ground pepper.
