Great vegetarian chicken salad recipe, perfect for picnics and summer days. Serve on hamburger buns if you want to be healthy or on croissant if you want to splurge. Serve with crackers for a tasty appetizer, too!

Ingredients
- 4 ounces Kraft Colby Jack Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 package Worthington Chick-ett
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup low fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons low fat sour cream
- To taste salt
- To taste pepper
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients. Add more mayonnaise, if necessary.
