
Breakfast Casserole

Here is a hearty breakfast casserole that can be a side or main dish. And unlike a lot of breakfast casseroles, this one does not feature eggs!

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds bag frozen southern style hashbrown potatoes
- 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 16 ounces low fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- To taste salt and pepper
- french fried onions
Directions
- Spray 9×13 in casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Mix all indredients together, except french fried onions.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Top with a sprinkling of french fried onions and bake an additional 10 minutes.
