This deliciously easy broccoli casserole recipe makes an exceptional side dish!

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
- 1 can diced potatoes, drained
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon honey mustard
- 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
- French fried onions
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients (except cornflake crumbs and french fried onions) together in a 2 qt or 8x8 casserole dish. 3. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. 4. Carefully add a layer of cornflake crumbs and french fried onions (amount based on your preference). Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
