
Green Bean and Potato Casserole

A twist on the tradition green bean casserole adding potato and cheese. This is a staple on my Thanksgiving table.

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cans cut green beans
- 2 cans diced potatoes
- 10.75 ounces 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces shredded colby jack cheese
- 1/2 cup Cornflake Crumbs
- Dash cayenne pepper
- To taste salt
- To taste pepper
Directions
- Combine Cornflake Crumbs and cayenne pepper, set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a 9x13 casserole dish, top with Cornflake Crumbs and cayenne pepper mixture.
- Cover and bake in an oven preheated at 350 degrees.
- Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
