
Ranch Potato Bake

Try this recipe next time you are looking for a change from the usual potato side dish. I liked to serve this with any main dish that involves barbeque sauce.

Servings: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 package Simply Shreds Shredded Hash Browns
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, melted
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- To taste salt
- To taste pepper
- To taste onion powder
- 4 ounces ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a lightly greased casserole dish, mix potatoes and spices.
- Toss in melted butter to coat
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until hash browns are tender.
- Remove from oven and carefully mix in cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing. Return to the oven and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes.
