
Swiss Cheese and Veggie Casserole

Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 10.75 ounces 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 1.5 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup low fat sour cream
- 32 ounces frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
- 2 cups french fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- To taste pepper
Directions
- Prepare vegetables according to package.
- Mix all ingredients in a 9x13 casserole dish, except 1 cup of french fried onions.
- Bake in an oven preheated at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the remaining onions over the casserole and bake for additional 5 minutes.
