Summer Fruit Salad

I’ve always loved fruit. Vegetables, not so much. On Weight Watchers’ PointsPlus 2012 program, fruit (and vegetables) have zero points. So I make sure to fill up on fruit at almost every meal.
In my quest to enjoy the fruits of summer during this last week of August, I decided to break out of my fruit rut. Rather than eating lots of pieces of fruit, I put them all together in the Summer Fruit Salad.
Really, you can cut up any fruit you want, sprinkle on some lemon juice, drizzle a bit of honey, chill and…voila!
I poured mine over some peach soy yogurt for a filling 2 point treat!

- Diced peach
- Diced strawberries
- Halved cherries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill for several hours before serving.
