My co-worker and I talk about food almost constantly. So when looking for food advice I turn to her. I was stumped on what to make for a small football gathering at my home. She suggested I make a sweet & sour meatball recipe, which have been a big hit at every baby shower and tailgating party she’s attended. All she could tell me about them was that one of the ingredients was grape jelly.

As disgusting as it sounds, I did a search for this recipe and found it. The jelly was part of the sauce – along with chili sauce and mustard. I used Veggie Patch frozen meatless meatballs.
It was a runaway success. Vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike sang the praises of the cocktail meatball.
The Veggie Patch meatballs on their own are fantastic. I’m going to have to find more recipes that include meatballs so I have an excuse to eat more!
